Initiation Guide for Foreign Members
1. Requirements:
Medical college graduates with great academic attainments who have been engaged in acupuncture and moxibustion abroad for more than one year after certain systematic training.
2. Materials needed:
1) Application form for membership
2) Copy of academic certificates(formal medical college)
3) Copy of business license or testimonial for job undertaken
4) Two latest 2-cun color photos
3. Dues:
Foreign scholars: US$550 for five years
Scholars from Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan( preferential price): US$300 for five years
Those who pay dues for the next five years will be given a discount of US$50, payment later on is similar to the second payment.
4. Certificates:
Term of validity is 5 years. Members should pay a sum of money to change the certificates, otherwise members will be regarded as quitting CAAM.
